Is It Safe To Take Cephalexin For Pimple In Eyelid?
i CURRENLY HAVE A PIMPLE IN MY EYELID AND IS BEEN TAKING CEPHALEXIN FOR ABOUT A WEEK NOW. IT WAS SWOLLEN FOR THE FIRST COUPLE OF DAYS. SWELLING IS DOWN BUT FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS NOTICED THAT A PIMPLE HAS GROWN ON THE MIDDLE TIP OF MY EYELID WITH NO CHANGES. STILL TAKING THE CEPHALEXIN THAT MY DOCTOR PRESCRIBED. SHOULD I STILL WAIT AND CONTINUE MEDICATION OR CAN I DO SOMETHING ELSE?. IT UNCOMFORTABLE AND EMBARRASSING.

It seems that there might be having pus formation in pimple on eye lid.
As you continue Cephalexin for one week now do not take more as once pus formation is there it is not going to work.
You might require incision of pimple and drainage of pus.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
