Is It Safe To Take Coumadin While On Gabapentin And Probenicid?

hi my friend is taking gabapentin twice a day 100 mg in morning 300 mg at night. also she is taking probenicid 250 mg morning 250mg at night for foot pain for 3 years!. She is diabetic and has just started taking coumadin I feel the Drs. are not looking closely at her meds is she in danger?
