Is It Safe To Take Dolo 650 To Treat Just Back Pain?

Hi, I am a 1.8 post transplant patient and my nephrologist has advised me dolo 650 for back pain. I have been told this is a pain killer and fever reducer. While I don t have fever can I avoid it as the pain is not unbearable? Or do I have to take it for any other reason?

Dolo 650 is good pain reliever and antipyeretic medicine.
If there is no fever or pain you may not take.
