General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

She needs to take Duphaston in order to support pregnancy. It can be safely taken during pregnancy. Take it as advised by doctor. She also may need spasmolytics such as Spasmex to prevent contractions and early labour.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
