Thanks for your query .You just misinterpret the statement of doctor .You don't have to take endorphins from outside they are produce inside human body.Endorphins is produce by brain ,
spinal cord and other parts of our body in response to
neurotransmitter produce by brain during physical exercise.
Endorphins have morphine like effect on body except it does not make body addict to it .It make you euphoric ,bring positive thoughts and act as antidepressant.So do exercise regularly like a walk for half an hour.
You can also opt for yoga and
meditation which are extremely helpful in curing
depression .Green tea and
multivitamin supplements are also known to cure depression ,drink green tea twice a day.
Do something new in life ,share your thoughts with your best friends this will defiantly give you relief.
