General & Family Physician 's  Response
You are having sharp pain below your tummy. My advice is you should take all the drugs prescribed by your doctor as he has advised. He is thinking of you having Bladder infection. My advice is if this pain is very sharp and is suddenly occurring, you should also do Abdominal Ultrasonography. This sharp pain can be due to small calculus or stone in your ureter.
Meanwhile add one pain killer like aceclofenac twice daily and Cap. Omeprazole once daily for 5 days. This relieve your pain and gastritis.
Drink lots of water.
