Is it safe to take hydroxycut elite (muscletech) on empty stomach?
i am doing intermittent fasting and keto diet and doing well on my weight loss progress already
and i dont want to consume high dosages of caffeine as written on bottle so i prefer taking 1-2 capsules before my workout is it safe or should i change?

Hello,
First test your tolerance for Hydroxycut Elite before taking it if it is the first time. You can take one capsule after lunch and assess if you feel good and whether you have any reactions after taking it. If you are comfortable, continue to take one capsule a day after lunch for 5-7 days.
If you experience any type of side effect or adverse reaction, stop taking it and get examined in the ER. Get connected with a local GP / health care provider. If you are comfortable then you can increase it to taking two capsules a day, one after breakfast and the other after lunch. Do not take it in empty stomach. In case of any reaction or adverse effect go to ER and get examined and treated.
