Is It Safe To Take Ibuprofen And Tylenol For Intermittent Fever And Body Pain?
46 female. has had intermittent high fever chills and body aches. no other symptoms. ibuprofen and Tylenol alternating every 4 hours. I have no medical illnesses I take no medications. have no allergies. im 5'4 and 125lbs. this is the first time I have been sick in 10 years.
As per your query you have symptoms of intermittent fever and body pain with no underlying medical condition. Ibuprofen and Tylenol is safe combination and you can take that for your present condition. Don't combine any medication like Aspirin, Naproxen with this combination at-least 8-12 hours of each other as it will cause GI bleed symptoms and ulceration. Take diet rich in multivitamins, fruits and take multivitamin tablet as well to boost body immunity. Drink plenty of water to rehydrate yourself.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
