Is It Safe To Take Ibuprofen For Swelling And Discolouration In Foot?
Hi I was playing beach volleyball test and my friend jumped up at net and came down and landed full force on the top of my foot . I can t walk on it without limping it keeps swelling and spreading over my toes to top of foot with green discoloration . Could it be broke ? And what should I do ? Have taken ibprofen and iced it
