hii..i had pimples an year back..i took medication from a doc. i am eating isotroin from the last october and she is still recommending me to eat that. i stopped it myself but now pimples bursted again means i hv to take that pills again..is it safe to be on such a long medication?
As per your query you have pimple problem and you were taking isotroin medicine since October ( almost a year ) . Usually it is recommended to take isotroin for 5-6 month as it start creating problems in some case after such long period . I would suggest you to consult your dermatologist before starting this medicine by your own and discuss the situation with him/her . For now wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide twice daily and then apply cream containing azelaic acid , exfoliate your skin with nocomedogenic exfoliant and apply vitamin C serum at night . Try to eat fresh fruits and vegetables and keep your self hydrate by drinking lots of fluids ( juices and water ) .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
