Is It Safe To Take Levocetirizine And Pantoprazole For Stomach Upset And Nausea?

for the past week ive had an upset stomach, nausea, frequent BM, light headed and dizzyness. Really bad in the mornings especially but lasts all day. I was diagnosed with Acid reflux in feburary, and had my galdbladder taken out in April. I had this feeling before when i first got ill(janurary) and drs started trying to find out the issue. I had been feeling a little better as time went on(after the galbladder removal) but about 10 days ago i stared feeling sick again. I was put on a new medicine, levocetirizine(xyzal) about 3 weeks ago for my alergies. Along with pantoprazole and montelukast. I have also felt a bit anxious as of late, same time i started feeling sick again.
