Is It Safe To Take Losartan In The Morning And Amlodipine At Night?
Hi doctor last week i feel dizzines and weak and i taught i had an stroke..i am taking amlodopine almost 2months .and i go to clinic my bp is 160/100 and then i rest my bp going to 130/100..my doctor change my medicine in lossartan 50mg...an d he said stop amlodopine...can i use lossaratn in the morning and amlodpine in the night..thank you
Using Losartan and Amlodipine at different times of the day is absolutely fine as long as you remember to continue taking each pill at that particular time you chose. What is important is making sure you morning your blood pressure readings and record them, every morning and every evening, for 7 consecutive days and send the readings to your doctor or bring them here so that we check if the medication change is helping in controlling the blood pressure. Bring blood pressure less than 140/90 on average.
