Is It Safe To Take Morning Dose Of Losartan For High BP In The Evening?

I take amlodipine and losartan for high blood pressure. I didn t take my losartan tab this morning. I took my amlodipine about 5 pm because my pressure seemed high. Can I know take my morning dosage of losartan I usually take the losartan in the A.M. & amlodipine in the P.M. losartan is 100mg amlodipine is 5mg.

Detailed answer: Next time, if you forget to take Losartan or Amlodipine, take the missed dose as soon as you remember.
Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose.
Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose, because that may lower your blood pressure below the normal ranges and cause hypotension.
