Is It Safe To Take Lunesta 3 Mg For Sleeping Disorder?

My doctor prescribed Lunesta as I keep waking up between 2 and 3 and don t go back to sleep. This has been going on for a several weeks. He tried me on Ambien ER but it didn t help, so now he prescribed Lunesta. I am concerned after reading online that the beginning dose should be 1mg at bedtime and my Rx is for 3mg. I also take carisprodal twice a day. I have take that for years due to migraine like headaches. Is my dosage for the Lunesta ok or should I visit with my doctor before starting it?

Agreed starting dose is img of Lunesta, but doctor must have prescribed based on his experience and after your complete evaluation, so trust him and u can start medicine but make sure you have complete 8 hours to sleep and you are not going to drive or use any machinary for minimum 8 - 10 hours after taking medicine.
