Is It Safe To Take Macrobid Twice A Day During Pregnancy?

Hi I m wondering if it s safe to take Macrobid 100mg2times a day as I am just in my 10 weeks of pregnancy and worry about the side effects I can get from these meds and what about the baby what effect can it have on its development? YYYY@YYYY
