Is It Safe To Take Maxoza To Increase Sperm Count?
Hi doctor, we are trying for a baby. My husband has low sperm count less than one million and he has been advised to take Maxoza for three months. Is it safe taking that powder or will it cause any other problems. and his body is very heat body too. please advise. and i have PCOS problem.
Low sperm count can be due to various reasons including infection. You need to arrive at the cause of it. Moxeza is an antibiotic and would help if the cause is an infection. I would advise you to rule out the other causes of low sperm count before starting it. In addition, I also would like you to seek an opinion on PCOD as it also causes infertility in some cases.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
