General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the safety of taking Mefenemic acid and Paracetamol together.

This combination is safe and there is no documented interactions between the two prescribed medications when taken together.

Paracetamol is very effective in reducing the raised body temperature (fever) and also pain sensation. Where as Mefenemic acid is very effective in reducing the inflammatory edema (painful swelling) that is responsible for causing difficulty in swallowing.

It is OK to take Co-Amoxiclav in the prescribed dose to treat the infection and it is found be effective. Augmentin also has the same ingredients and efficacy in eradicating the infection.

Hope to have answered your query.
