Hi,

Molecuslim pill claims to speed up metabolism and reduce weight. You are also advised to drink plenty of water every day. These results are of short span and may involve only reduction of water weight by a diuretic like action. Any salt retention may reduce. But long term reduction and maintenance of reduced weight is possible only with diet modification and regular exercise. Hence avoid such diet pills. Continue your diabetic medications regularly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
