Is It Safe To Take Naturogest And Folvite During Ectopic Pregnancy?

Hello, my wife had missed her periods this month, she had regular 28 days cycle periods. We had pregnancy test at home. Result was positive. She has pain in left side of lower abdomen. Doctor asked us get a scan to rule out fallopian tubular pregnancy. Scan result ruled out ectopic pregnancy. Doctor prescribed her to take naturogest 300mg along sign folvite mb. How safe are these medicines?

investigation have ruled out ectopic pregnancy. so it is simple pregnancy. in that case, prescription of drug is correct. she should be kept under observation and normal antenatal treatment should be continued
