Hi,

Olmezest (olmesartan) and Starpress XL (metoprolol) are both used to treat high blood pressure. Olmesartan works by blocking the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that can cause blood vessels to constrict, while metoprolol reduces the heart rate and the force of contraction, which in turn lowers blood pressure.

Rozavel F is a combination medication that contains Rosuvastatin (a cholesterol-lowering medication) and fenofibrate (used to lower triglyceride levels). It works by reducing the production of cholesterol in the liver and increasing the breakdown of triglycerides in the blood. All three medications can be used together to treat high blood pressure and high cholesterol. It is important to take the medications as prescribed by your doctor and follow up with them regularly to monitor your blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Some possible precautions to take while taking these medications include:
- Informing your doctor if you experience any side effects such as dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea, or unusual tiredness.
- Avoiding alcohol consumption as it can increase the side effects of these medications.
- Informing your doctor if you are taking any other medications, supplements, or herbal products as they may interact with these medications.
- Following a healthy diet and exercise routine as advised by your doctor.
- Monitoring your blood pressure and cholesterol levels regularly as advised by your doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
