Is It Safe To Take Paracetamol And Pseudoephedrine For Influenza And Migraine?

Hi doc! I wanna ask something about drugs especially for influenza and migraine (like paramex and procold) that contain 500mg paracetamol, 30mg Pseudoephedrine HCL, and 2mg chlorpheniramine maleate for influenza drugs and 150mg propyphenazone, 250mg paracetamol, 1mg dexchlorpheniramine maleate, 50mg anhydrous caffeine for migraine drugs. My mom often uses the drugs. Is there any dangerous materials of that drugs for a 42years old woman? Please doc.. I m worry about my mom. Thanks
