I understand your concern.
What you are consuming for your weight reduction seems to be fine with ingredients like safflower oil, apple cider vinegar.
Consuming safflower oil should be healthy as it contains polyunsaturated fatty acids and omega-3-fatty acids.
However, effectiveness of weight reduction program cannot be determined by following only one entity.
You need to also monitor your diet by consuming less carbohydrates and fats with more
proteins, vegetables and fruits. Along with it, you need to exercise regularly for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Gradually, by all these means, you should be able to achieve weight reduction effectively.
