Is It Safe To Take Serta And Tryptomer For Insomnia And Severe Headache?

Sir I am suffering from Insomnia since last 2 years. Deep Breathing, headache throbbing. I recently consult Nuerophysician and he determined Migrane and not Physiacatric patient. He adviced Serta and Tryptomer. After taking one doade I felt heavy burning in my body. I stopped the drug. What to do? I sm very depressed and can not tolerate my physicsl condition. Pls help me to live

if you can get sleep in natural way it is the best. should donormal work change of life style is requered. if migrain is the cause then can try migrainil start with one tablet and increase upto 6tablet till symptoms are controlled. if it solve your problem then it is better.
