Is It Safe To Take Trapic MF While Breastfeeding?

hi i had c section delivery 35 days ago and had spotting type bleeding since then but from yesterday i am having severe bleeding my doctors has recommended trapic mf 3 times a day as I am breastfeeding my one month old baby is it safe to take the tablet what is the reason for the bleeding

Trapic MF can be used upto 4 g per day during pregnancy. Please make sure that the dosage does not exceed 4g per day
