Is It Safe To Take Tylenol For Headaches Caused By A Head Injury?

Hi there, I have tripped and fell on my face then hit the middle of my forehead 4 day s ago. I have had some nausea and major headaches also I now have 2 black eye s. Do I need to seek medical attention? Is it also safe to take some Tylenol for the pain?

I would definitely get a check up and a CT of the skull.

With those kinds of injuries you may have suffered a concussion and therefore, a good neurological examination will benefit you going forward. Tylenol is reasonable to take for pain.
