Is It Safe To Take Valparin Chrono And Artane At Night?

Valparin chrono 500mg 03 tablets and artaine 5 mg 01 tablet is ok for night.....any side effects and try to set myself after long duration of sleep nearly 15 hours a day sleep occured before.now back to normal I guess atleast 08 Hours sleep continuing.......Want to know any side/ill effects after some time.....?????Doctor Pls give me an answer.....

Hi,

Valparin chrono contains sodium valproate and Valproic acid prescribed in seizures or fits. These are called as anti-epileptic drugs. The notifiable side effect is weight loss. The Drug may interact with other drugs such oral contraceptive pills. So, tell the Doctor about your medicine. Other common side effects are nausea, vomiting, liver injury, etc. Visit the doctor, if you are not compliant with the drug. Artane, Trihexyphenidyl used in Parkinson's disease. The main side effects of this drug are visual blurring, dry mouth, constipation, etc.
