Is It Safe To Take Xanax And NyQuil Together?
Can I safely combine Xanax and NyQuil? I need to sleep through a short, temporary narcotic detox, and would like to sleep for about 12 hours or so, but worry that I ll stop breathing. I ve been on Xanax for a long time for sleep and anxiety but it generally doesn t keep me asleep.

It is not safe to take Xanax and Nyquil together. Taking Nyquil while on Xanax may cause extreme drowsiness, confusion, difficulty concentrating, impaired thinking/judgment and loss of balance which may cause falls and trivial injuries which can be dangerous.
