Is It Safe To Take Zinc Tablet Along With Birth Control Pill?
How many mg of zinc can I take daily? Is it healthy to take zinc daily? I am currently taking birth control for monthly pain and sometimes I feel like I have anxiety/depression. I was reading that the birth control can increase the copper levels in the body, which makes someone feel weird, and that if you take zinc, it can help control these symptoms.
