Hi,
For dental pain with cavity at 20weeks gestation, ususlly antibiotics with calpol helps in removing inflammation /pain.
you need to consult a dentist -he will clean the cavity & give you temporary feeling-which can be replaced by permanent feeling later on.
Brush your teeth twice, gargles after each feed, avoid sticky eatables- to avoid further cavities.
Thanks.
