Hi, I wanted to know if it is safe to take chromium picolinate whilst taking citalopram (40mg). My aim is to try to combat my new found cravings for sweets and carbs.... since switching from sertraline to citalopram 4 months ago I seem to have developed an uncontrollable need for rubbish foods. I exercise 4 times a week and being a mum of two I rarely sit down! If I didn t exercise I m sure I d be the size of a house. Thanks.
