Is It Safe To Take Fibergel During Pregnancy?
My daughter is 20 weeks pregnant and took a sachet of fibergel at 4.45pm today and a second sachet at just after 7.00pm today. She is now worrying she has harmed the baby (she had pre-eclampsia followed by a still birth last year). I need to reassure her.

Hi, dont worry. she has to drink alots of water thats it. Fibergel is not going to harm pregnancy.But for prevention of constipation she should change her life style. She should take alots of water and fruites and green leafy vegitables
