Hi, am 25 years old and am pregnant , i had a miscarriage earlier at third month due to the baby s heart beat stopped ,so now am put on fragmin 2000 daily and ecoasprin 75 . i want know weather they are safe for my baby and why are the used . Thank You

These medicines help in increasing the feto-placental blood circulation. That may help in preventing miscarriage. You can take them as prescribed. It should be stopped at least 4 weeks before delivery.
