Is It Safe To Take Predinisone For Cramps,numbness And Tingling Sensation In Left Arm?

my have been experiencing cramping, numbness and tingling in my left arm for the past four weeks. I finally went to the doctor and she prescribed prednisone. I do not want to take them as I do not like substance of any kind in my body, but the spasms of pain is getting increasingly worse. Now, I feel like I have to fill the prescription. What is your take on it?

First of all i would advise you to visit Neurologist for his opinion.
It seems that one of your nerve is compressed and thats why you are having repeated attack of numbness and cramp.
I don't think prednisolone will help you to get rid of this complain completely.
