My son has joined gym at the age of 17 years. He has reduced his weight from 106kg to 81kg effectively through exercises and a balanced diet. Now he into weight training trying to develop a ripped body,abs,triceps biseps.He takes supplements like protein powder,preworkouts,bcca,cretine,night recovery. Do you think he is on the right track?
