Is It Safe To Take Protein Supplements Regularly For Body Building?

My son has joined gym at the age of 17 years. He has reduced his weight from 106kg to 81kg effectively through exercises and a balanced diet. Now he into weight training trying to develop a ripped body,abs,triceps biseps.He takes supplements like protein powder,preworkouts,bcca,cretine,night recovery. Do you think he is on the right track? I am a worried mother. Kindly help and advice me. Kindly give me this answer for free please

Well come to HCM
Ask him to be on natural diet of low calorie contain and avoid the commercially available protein product these are not that much advisable, exercise is very good thing but eating staple diet is even more important, which are high in protein and low in calorie hope this information helps, take care.
