General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I would advise you to visit a gynecologist and get a Curettage done, if the same is advised by the gynecologist as taking medicines after 2 months of pregnancy may leave some tissue inside uterus which may cause bleeding or may get infected inside and cause complication.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
