My wife is 1.5 months pregnant... is it safe to take vomikind tablets during the initial stages of pregnancy she is having them twice a day.. this is the second time she has conceived and she was suffering from vomitings all thru the 9 months in her first pregnancy. For vomiting of pregnancy it is safe to take vomikind/ ondansetron tablets. You can also try
Eating small, frequent meals high in carbohydrate and low in fat,
Eating plain biscuits about 20 minutes before getting up.

Antiemetics like Cyclizine or Prochlorperazine
