Is It Safe To Travel After Undergoing Lancing Of A Boil?

if i have my boil lanced can i travel internationally immediately afterwards? age 54, 6'4'', 210 pounds, in good shape. No current medical prob. had shingles several years ago. Don't know what caused it, except have been wearing long johns a lot due to cold weather and then sometimes walked many miles delivering flyers and got sweaty
