Is It Safe To Travel While Having Antibiotics For Pneumonia?

Hi. I was in hospital for a week with pneumonia being administered 2 x types of Iv antibiotics, plus physio and ventolin. i am now at home on oral antibiotics and ventolin and just resting. i am booked to fly on 25th Dec (5 hour flight) to a warm, tropical destination for 10 days which I think will be good for my recovery. My only concern is my flight - do you think it is safe to travel? My current symptoms are productive cough and slight shortness of breath.
