I m a 41 yr old female, 5 8 164 lbs. no health problems, only thing I take regularly in a multivitamin, don t smoke or do drugs. Did try coke & weed years ago for a short period of time. I became overwieght over past decade, over the past yr I lost about 40 lbs with diet, exercise and at first I jump started it with a RX of Adipex recomended by my DR. Over past few months my new full time 2nd shift job has gotten in the way of my workouts & I ve already gained 10 lbs, have no energy to workout and need another jump start. My question is; Is it a bad idea to try 8 ballz bath salts in very small dosages to assist in weight loss & exercise goals?
