Is It Safe To Try Increasing Breast Milk In Case Of Breast Abscess An How To Do It?

Hi I m 28 years old and my baby is 3.5 months old now (delivered on 4th Nov 2013). I had a breast abscess, I&D was done in December 2013 (when my baby was 4 weeks old). I want to breast feed my baby but milk supply is very very low i tried galact granules then lactare capsules but nothing helped. please suggest me how can I improve my milk supply. and is it safe to try increasing breast milk as I had breast abscess

Breast abscess is due to infection.
Try feeding As often as possible. If your baby is gaining weight then your milk supply is sufficient. Continue galact granules or lactonic granules.
