Is It Safe To Undergo Gallbladder Surgery With Boils On Armpit?

Hello, I am scheduled to have gallbladder surgery on Tuesday and I have a boil on my armpit. Will I still be able to have my surgery or would they have to reschedule it till the boil is gone? There was a little bit of green pus that came out earlier but it s still hard, pinkish red and about the size of a gum ball.
