Is It Safe To Use Adhair And Clobetasol Cream For A Long Period Of Time?

sir I have male pattern baldness i am using adhair and clobetasol cream but i am using very little amount of cream once in a day can i continue using of both of these medications is it is safe I have been using both of these medications since 1 year can i continue it i dont have any problems come across with these medications for long term point of view i have this doubt please clarify it for me
