General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Acne is due to different problems including inflammation of the skin, presence of a particular bacteria and blockage of the hair follicles.

The clindamycin cream would help treat the bacterial associated with acne

The benzac also helps in different ways, it would reduce the inflammation and blockage.

The supatret is a retinoid and these are also very effective in treating acne

I hope this helps
