Is It Safe To Use Confido And Himcolin Gel Regularly?

hi Dr. Ram. my question is... 1. can i use confido ( Himalayas) normally.. means morning or evening.. is the tab taken with milk or water? 2. how many time can i masage himcolin gel in a day.. 3. is it nesessory to every massage before inter course.

You can take confido which can improve sexual drive and reduces performance anxiety
You can Himcolin gel as well before intercourse
apply it over penis and massage gently
Don't apply it over glans penis
