Is It Safe To Use Crest 3D Whitening Strips For Teeth?

My name is Ashley. I want to try whitening my teeth but have very sensitive teeth. I heard of the crest 3D whitening strips Gentle Routine which says is safe for enamel. I wanted to be sure it was safe because I don't want to kill my teeth. I neve whitened my teeth before and don't want to pay a lot of money so please let me know if it will or will not ruine my teeth.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your query although it is said that crest 3D whitening strips do not harm the enamel and whiten the teeth but the whitening agent present in it is Hydrogen peroxide and it can cause some level of teeth demineralization and as you already have sensitivity in teeth I would not recommend you to use the same without proper consultation with an Oral Physician and getting clinical evaluation done..
Other conventional teeth whitening methods are also not indicated in your case as they may lead to increased sensitivity..
So better get clinically evaluated and firstly treatment of sensitivity has to be done followed by any whitening techniques if found appropriate after evaluating your condition of teeth..
