As per your query you have melasma patches on nose and cheeks and you are using Eukroma and Flucort creams for them . Well one of these cream contain hydroquinone and one contain steroid . Well these ingredients known to cause side effects in some people specially when used for longer duration . So it very important to use them only under expert's advice . Duration for which you should use these creams should be decided by dermatologist by evaluating your skin condition . I would suggest you to wash your face twice daily with cold water and mild soap and after washing face apply cream containing kojic acid ( kojivit cream ) , which is safe and effective . Also use broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 while under exposure to sun and exfoliate your face one a week to remove dead skin . If condition doesn't get improve in a month then consult dermatologist .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
