Is It Safe To Use Manforce Tablets To Stop Premature Ejaculation?

hii sir i am 24 years old and want to use manforce to stay too long before ejaculation.....but i dont know how to use manforce tablet...shop from where i purchase tablet he recommend me to take 100mg of 50mg two tablet as per my health..it will not effect me....

Hi & Welcome.

I can understand your concerns about premature ejaculation.
First of all the possible causes of premature ejaculation should be detected and treated accordingly.
Manforce (Sildenafil) medicine has been found to be effective in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It can be taken on empty stomach (for better absorption) 20 to 30 minutes prior to an intended sexual act. It remains effective for about 4 hours.
Don't take second tablet within 24 hours even if the first tablet fails to produce erection.
It has side effects too, allergy and heart disease are the important contraindications to the use of Manforce.
Besides, antidepressant medications such as Clomipramine & Paroxetine can be used if Manforce does not show improvement.
Along with medications you are advised to do Kiegel's exercises and divert your mind while you feel you are about to ejaculate.
