Hello,
You are suffering from
erectile dysfunction. You have history of having diabetes and you also have high
triglyceride level. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get treated for blood sugar. You should control your blood sugar level at all cost, if neglected it will trigger nerve problems and hence worsening of ED may occur.
At present , you should maintain healthy weight and also do regular exercises and walking regularly to reduce your triglyceride level. Taking healthy diet will help to reduce blood sugar level as well as triglyceride level. Avoid refined flour, fried food, oily, junk food, processed food, packaged food, full fat dairy products,
trans fat,
carbohydrate or sugary products. Take well cooked whole cereals, veggies, fruits , berries, nut, dry fruits, etc. Avoid smoking, alcohol or addictions if any.
Ayurvedic tablets do not affect
homeopathic medicines, it is difficult to say if their efficacy will be reduced by allopathic medicines or not. You are suggested to
consult a Urologist. There are many exercises that can help to improve ED like Kegel exercises, activating
pelvic floor muscles, pelvic floor activation (sitting and standing), knee fall outs, etc. Get clinically examined, to detect any medical condition causing ED. You should get it treated. Stay away from smoking, alcohol or addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
