Is It Safe To Use Silverex Cream For Burns?

I burnt my thumb with steam while cooking. I soaked my hand in iced water for some relief, after which i have been applying silverex on the wound. The burnt skin has started to dry and is coming off like flakes, exposing the new pink fleshy skin.Can i apply silverex on the new pink skin that is showing ?

Hi,
silverex is good antibiotic cream.
You can continue applying this cream on new fleshy skin.
See that there should not be having deposition of cream on the part.
Apply cream with thin layer on the wound.
During application clean the part with warm water or antiseptic lotion gently and then apply.
Ok and take care.
