Please write your question here hi im 27yrs and i gave birth on the 13th of August last year by csection,so i want to know that is it safe to use vibro belt for my tummy caz now my tummy is getting bigger and bigger.i dont know what to do.is vibro belt ok to use?

According to me you can start wearing this vibro belt almost 3 months after a C section. I feel it is safe and convenient to wear and will hopefully help you with your problem. In my opinion you should also try exercising and do yoga regularly, try maintaining a low fat diet and stay well hydrated.
